Howdy! And thanks for checking out this posting to help us write a blogpost (and hopefully many more!) about the Glacier NP area. My wife (Brittain) and I recently fell in love with NW Montana and partnered up with a resort on Flathead Lake (www.flatheadlakeresort.com). We’re just 45 mins away from Glacier NP! Because of that, Glacier is a popular destination for our guests as well as a common Google search that we want to tie into (e.g. “Hotels Near Glacier”).
We’re running a marketing campaign ahead of May where I’d like to have a blogpost (and possibly more content) targeting SEO phrases like “Things To Do In Glacier In May” or “Is Glacier NP Open In May?”.
And that’s why I’ve come calling… I’d like to pay someone to help us write the copy and hopefully even provide some pics related to the topic. I’ll definitely be there to help you figure out what SEO terms to hit, but (ideally) you’d bring some good SEO knowledge to the table too.
We need this one post for now, but if things work out well with it, I’d definitely be open to chatting about ongoing work with you. So think of this sort of like a test drive — we can all have the chance to check things out (for pay) and see if we work well together.
To sum up the gig:
I’m wanting 1 post of 1,500-3k words that gives people great reasons to come see Glacier NP in May (e.g. avoid the crowds, see it on horseback, save money, etc.).
My budget for this is around $0.05-$0.08/word (I’m open to chatting pay range depending on what you bring to the table)
There would also be a bonus if we tracked your content directly to a booking(s) (I’ll put codes in place to track that)
You don’t need to have experience with Glacier NP or Montana (though that’s always a plus!) but you do need to be excited about writing SEO-focused content that inspires adventure.
This might be the right fit for you if:
You’re an adventurer at heart and love writing about it.
You dig SEO and can help us sink our teeth into the things people want to do in NW Montana.
You’re cool with this test project, but hopeful we can work together more.
You’ve already had 2-3 ideas about how we can get some SEO love for our “Glacier in May” project.
If this seems like your jam, please throw your name in the hat by filling out the form below. I’ll read them all and give you a holler if I think we should chat more (and I’ll do my best to follow up with everyone that applies so I don’t leave you hanging!)
